Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and town33 (hereinafter referred to as "town33", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://town33.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon.

This Platform serves users including those located in Malaysia and across the broader Southeast Asian region. All monetary values displayed on this Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise explicitly stated.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Online gambling is subject to local laws in Malaysia. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on town33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:
Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on town33. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You must promptly update this information if it changes. town33 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account Settings to add an additional layer of security.
Your use of the town33 Platform is subject to the following conditions of access and use, in addition to all other provisions of this Agreement:
town33 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case equivalent MYR values apply.
Minimum deposit: RM50 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of approximately RM100. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts in good standing.
Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the town33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of town33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
The town33 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of town33. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, town33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, town33 shall not be liable for:
town33's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
town33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any real-money funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account Holder following satisfactory completion of identity verification, provided no fraud or breach has been identified. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not refundable upon termination for breach.
A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion options are also available as part of our responsible gambling framework — see Section 12.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which town33 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Users are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority applicable in town33's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either Party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending arbitration.
town33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be necessitated by changes to our services, changes in applicable law or licensing conditions, or operational requirements.
Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantively affect User rights or obligations — town33 will provide reasonable advance notice via:
The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
